I would like to draw the attention of the Govt of Jharkhand with regard's to the harassment done by the Executive engineer Irrigation of Pakur.He is abusing his position to extract the money from the staff and from the contractor who are awarded the contract.If a secret check will be done and all the staff are taken into the confidence than the matter will come out.
