Corrupt practice by a government employee, Pranab Nanda, holding multiple posts.

This is about Mr, Pranab Nanda, senior Manager of GIDB, Gandhinagar. A state government employee and also connected with several projects of various ministries of the union govt. By holding various posts for profit, Mr Pranab Nanda also has accumulated disproportionate assets and thus, a fit case under provision of the retention of Corruption act, 1962. Not only that, he also has cheated his twenty employees by not paying their salaries for last few months at SJP publications, company that he runs at hotel Grand Cambay.

SJP Publication and Media Ltd (http://www.transittimesmag.com/) is utterly a fraudulent company run by Pranab Nanda which was started back in August/September 2012. He hired about twenty employees all in different capacities such as Networking, Web developers, SEOs, Graphic designer and a bunch of people for Editorial facet. Pranab Nanda is the director of the company, and has also made his wife a director who claims to hold a post graduation degree but knows nothing about management.

If talked legally, Pranab Nanda is trying his best to play safe. But let me remind you, Nanda, if technology can make you, it can equally break you too. In today’s world you can’t sleep like a baby after doing illegal things.

He apparently is exploiting the govt. officer’s tag in highly disgraceful way. He has not just played with the lives of twenty people at SJP Publications but also with their family members too. As far as I can judge, sixteen of out of twenty people had to run their home with the salaries they were supposed to get. And this merciless person didn’t pay a single penny for two months irrespective of knowing the sitaution. It was awful to see how each one of us had to approach repeatedly for our own money. Lives of people who came from out of station had become miserable. It literally became tough for them to survive. And the worst part is Pranab Nanda knew the situation of each one of us and yet did nothing. Repeated requests in person and lame answers by him on phone make us want to bring this to your notice and ask for justice and some action.
