With a serious note I would like bring it to your kind notice that since 26th June 2010 the day I procured the AC I am unable to use it properly due its manufacturing defects/problems. Please note the complaint number registered so far:
1. 256612- dated 26.6.10
2. 256930-dated 28.6.10
3. 261594-dated 24.7.10
4. 270080-dated 5.10.11
5. 273531-dated 3.11.10
6. 210397-dated 2.2.11
7. 214056-dated 8.3.11
8. 215178-dated 5.3.11
9. 218232-dated 29.3.11
10. 232572-dated 9.5.11- As per customer care the service technician has closed the call ( as per our record no visit was made)
11. 235128-dated 17.5.11
Twice A/c motor has been changed. Present problem :All of a sudden after 4/5 hours of continuous run cracking sound creeps in and continues for 2-3 hours.
Can I get replacement of this faulty instrument? Moreover by chasing the recurring problem I have almost finished the warranty period of the new system( will expire on 26th June 2011) what is the guarantee after the expiry of that warranty period my system will work satisfactorily.
Request you to take some concrete solution at the earliest else allow me to go take some further serious step.
