Consular General of India in Dubai don\'t recognise documents attested by Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India, thousands of citizens are facing lot of problems getting documents attested, passport endorsed and have to resort to going back to India and paying few thousands bucks to touts to get the same thing done which consulate office is supposed to do.
