Hi,

I have purchased my dell laptop from CompuIndia on 14-Jan-2016 along with 2 Years additional Accidental damage warranty. The order number was 300181147.
The dell laptop was coming with 2 years warranty (Ltd Hardware Warranty, InHome Service), thus to upgrade it I purchased 2 Years additional Accidental damage warranty along with the laptop and paid addition RS 1999.00.

Firstly, CompuIndia told me that they will update Accidental damage warranty of 2 years in Dell database within 20 Days of purchase, but they did not do it. When i follow up, they told me that it may take 40 days from date of purchase. Now the date is 26-Feb-2016 and more than 40 days are over, but they did not updated my Accidental damage warranty.

Instead of giving in 2 years Accidental damage warranty, they have given me 1 year additional normal warranty (After 2 years Dell laptop warranty). I never asked for additional 1 year normal warranty. I paid for 2 years Accidental damage warranty (1st year and 2nd year).

But now CompuIndia and Dell both not correcting my Accidental damage warranty nor returning my money.
I have spent lots of time over the telephone in their customer support but did not get desired result. I lose my business because i called them in my working hours.

Dell people saying that i need to contact CompuIndia and CompuIndia is saying to contact Dell. Even though CompuIndia is an authorized dealer of Dell. Dell recommends to purchase the laptop from CompuIndia they are not coordinating with each other for updating/correcting my laptop’s warranty.

I am feeling cheated by them and feeling that I have lost my RS 1999.
