Compt. against SDM Vijaypur distt. Samba J&K- Rajneesh Gupta regarding
enquiry has been initiated by the undersigned and status quo has been
imposed in the matter of Parshotam Singh S/o Ran Singh vill.Gurha Morh
Vijaypur Vs Jagdish Singh S/o Santokh Singh R/o Bagla Morh Rahya Tehsil
Vijaypur Distt. Samba, On 16 april 2015 Jagdish Singh had trespassed into
the land in question and constructed a illegal tin shed and put his cattle
in the shed and also violate  the status quo. on behalf of letter of
SDM/V/2015-16/232-233 dt. 18.05.2015 whereas clear direction was given to
Tehsildar Vijaypur and SDPO Vijaypur to remove the violation made by
Jagdish Singh but still the illegal shed structure is not removed and no
action has been taken by SDM Vijaypur. On 14 July 2015 sdm vijaypur has
passed the order of section 24, moreover 60 days have been passed still the
order is not implememt and never remove the voilation by sdm vijaypur
> . We have so many request to sdm vijaypur,DM samba, nobody take any
action kindly help and take immediate action in this matter.
