Sir,
My name is Dhananjay Sharma, a resident from a district Tinsukia of Assam.My complaint is for MOHAN MOTORS of TVS Company Tinsukia.

That sir, I had an TVS APACHE RTR-160 with Registration no.AS23R3576, Chacis no. MD634KE43G2L40145 and Engine no. 0E4LG2082540 that I had an accident on 22 October'2017 and sent to MOHAN MOTORS of TVS Company for repairing as it is under the servicing guidance of TVS company and also for the claim of insurance.

But from that day onward, every-time I have inquired, the manager used to say that we don't know how much the bike has been damaged, come next day.On 15 DEC 2017, they only said the repairing cost 75 thousand approx.So, I asked proforma or bill cash memo for insurance claim. But instead of giving my bill they (especially supervisor and manager) said that I had increased your bill upto 75 thousand, give it or get out without bike. Such an irresponsible and irrelevant type of persons were there who dont know how to treat their customers.Next time, I had to think to buy or praise TVS bikes.

Moreover, Sir, I would like you to look into the matter as early as possible.
