Hi,
I have purchased an 1 ton Hitachi A.C from Khosla Electronics B.T.Road(CHiriamore), but on the very next day I have visisted the showroom and requested them to provide me the 1.5 Ton Hitachi A.C instead of 1 Ton the rest amount I will pay by cash. They agreed with my proposal and I hvae submitted the deposit amount to C.E.S.C for 1.5 Ton . But now it is three week still they are not delivering my product. I have purchased lots of equipments but this is the most worst experience in my life.

This is pure harassment after payment of full amount item is not delivered

I have been a customer of your electronic company past 3 year's so far the service have been impeccable but recently i encounter some really poor customer service from your side or your staff side
Goods not deliver on time and delivery boy forcing for extra money for delivering a good on 1st floor we offer him for 100 rupees then he call a salesman and salesman is also asking for 200 or 300 as a baksish when we said to salesman that baksish that customer give by his own that is baksish then he make an argue
