Wish to Stay Longer at iHorse Technologies

It is really a wonderful moment for me to work in this company where I am finding a lot of interest in my work. I liked the environment that encourages us to keep going with the work. At many occasions, I have found that I am running out of the time but at the end everything goes well. This has now become a habit for me to make efforts in a very accurate manner. I am looking for a longer association with iHorse Technologies that is capable of enhancing my skill level to a better position.

I have found that I have learned a lot of things here in a very short time. I got selected to this company when my other friends were selected in some other companies and now I find that I really have got a good growth in my skills. I have got the pleasure to work with a highly experienced team where I am learning a lot of new ways to find the real solution in the virtual world. At the same, I have found the following things to be very attractive at ihorse:

Seniors are always supportive even for any small thing. I have never felt that no one is there to support.

The management takes the best care of the employees and gives the right value to even lower grade people. I really liked this approach of humanity in the company.

Ready to take the responsibilities from the client’s head to make it our team;s and that has been the biggest point for us to win the hearts of our users across the world.

As an employee I have learned that if you are having the will then nothing can stop you and ihorse technologies has been an encouragement for many of us.

On every project, I have leaned a new thing and that's too in a very pragmatic manner. I have been kept in the loop regarding any change or update and this has helped us to perform in the best manner.

I do not want to highlight this but I have also seen that, I am now been asked by many of the competitors of ihorse to work for them but I am really not interested for that as I am sure that those companies must be like those of my friend’s.I am here to learn and enhance my skills as that appears to be coming to me in a very positive style.

The payment is an important thing and I must say that employers have always given the preferences to pay the salaries first and then they take other things in some other ways. It has attracted me as seeing this much dedication towards the employees really matters.

I have seen a lot of previous employees have found found some big opportunities across the world, so I am also looking for the same but without hurting ihorse technologies. I really love this company and would like to be connected for a long term.
