Dear Sir / Madam

This is in reference to the Samsung Galaxy Duos 7562 purchased from Vijay Sales - Borivali West on 15th June 2013.

Would like to inform you that on Saturday 20th July 2013, my phone has started to automatically go power off and on mode continously, thus not in a usable condition now. On Sunday 21st July I called the Customer Care of Vijay Sales and they gave me an IT Helpdesk contact - 6626 7912 that is just not reachable since Monday (On Sundays the IT helpdesk is closed). Today is the fourth day and I am still not able to connect with the relevant department.

I am unable to understand that its hardly over a month from the purchase of this product and why has this malfunction begun. Request you to please help me with the next step I need to take to ensure that such incidents don't occur.
