Employee - Complaint regardinh the idea net setter

I bought an idea net setter on January 2010 and my net setter number is ********52. I didn't use the net setter for 1-1/2 month(month of August 2010) as I didn't require the internet. But when I went to the recharge shop to make a recharge of Rs 190/- i.e for using 6 days, the recharge was not happening . I guess they have blocked the sim card of the idea net setter as I have not used for more than 1 month. But if they will block the sim-card then what is the using for going a prepaid connection. Also I called to the customer care to launch a complaint against this but didn't get any reply from them. Also the net setter is speed is very slow. Those who are planning to take the idea net setter please change your mind and go for either tata or reliance connection because the both the service and speed provided by idea is very poor.
