i migrated to cheers prepaid from vodafone prepaid on 1st of march 2012.....


but the service provider Cheers (Etisalat) was being closed 31 March 2012

so cheers Applete Authority/ Nodal Officer provide me Unique porting Code for my number on my mail.
the porting code provided by Applete Authority is VD195458

and in the mail they write that since on 31st of march I not completed 90 days with cheers so I have to wait for completion of 90 days then I can move to any other operator with the help of this code (vd195458) which is provided by them.

after 31st march cheers customer care is not working

and in May 2012, when I completed 90 days then I move to vodaphone outlet for migration of my number but Vodaphone refuse to migrate my number since they are saying the porting code provided by cheers( vd 198458) is not valid and is the same code which had been provided by vodaphone to me when I move to cheers.

please help me
I don’t want to lose my number
