I am a Research Scholar in IIT Kanpur, India. I placed an order for 1 year subscription of [Competition Success Review (English)+General Knowledge Today] on 2nd April, 2014. Now the April month has passed. It has been more than a month since I place the order for the abovementioned items. But still till now, the delivery of magazines to my house has not been started. I complained customer service at competition success review several times about this matter. But they never replied to me.
I am a very busy man working as a research scholar at one of the best research institution of world i.e. IIT Kanpur. CSR’s this kind of response has really frustrated me. Sir, here in IIT Kanpur, I have a lot of friends who are thinking for subscription of CSR magazines but now with CSR’s such a kind of service, they are hesitating in placing any order. CSR has a lot of name in preparing for various competitive exams. But they are utilizing their name in making the people fools, cheating and grabbing their money. Their customer service nos. never respond. I am thinking of taking this complaint to consumer court in spite of my busy schedule. But, I once again want to request CSR to please look into this matter and send me the abovementioned magazines for a period of May, 2014 to April, 2015. My subscription order details are given below:
