Sub: Complaint on our Hyundai I 20 Elite Vehicle – Requested to bear
Entire amount for repairs of my Vehicle – Regarding.
I the Undersigned humbly submit as follows:
That I had purchased the Hyundai I 20 Elite in your saboo showroom in the month of December,2014.
That Unexpectedly on 27/03/2015,my above vehicle was touch the pillar at the time of running on ‘U’ turn and a minor accident was occurred.
That on the same day immediately I rushed to the saboo Hyundai Service Centre and your concerned Department Technicians have clearly verified and Checked my entire vehicle and to give an estimation amount Rs.40,000/- and given a receipt in my favour and to inform by your concerned technicians to bear the entire repairing amount by the Royal Sundaram Insurance policy Authorities.
That till now you have not delivered my vehicle to me and frequently your concerned Technicians have given telephone calls and harassing me to increasable bill amount.
That I hereby declare that my vehicle have total insurance as such your concerned Technicians have every right to claim the insurance amount but your showroom authorities have to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- by me and to take delivery after payment of the said amount.
Therefore under the Humanitarian grounds kindly release my vehicle and you have to claim entire amount from the concerned’ Insurance Department Authorities only and not to make any harassment to me for payment of the repairing amount and I hereby informed to you I have severely suffered during the said two months period and I have to bear heavy expenditure on private Cabs for my personal use.
For which act of your kindness I shall ever thankful to your good authorities.
If my request is not forwarded then I am going to file a complaint against your company in consumer court and will do the proceedings.
