HE ( SUJAL ) MIGHT BE FAKE NAME AND IDENTITY.HE IS JUS SON OF A B****..HE SENT ME ALL FAKE DOCS, APPOINTMENT LETTER, LMO, WORK PERMIT. WHEN I CHECKED THOSE DOCS INTO CANADIAN EMBASSY THEY SAID ALL THESE ARE FRAUD. IF ANYBODY KNOWS HIS REAL LOCALITY KINDLY MAIL ME. WANNA HIT HIM SO HARD.IT WAS MY LUCK I DID NOT PAID ANY AMOUNT,I CHECKED ALL THE DOCS BEFORE GIVING HIM THE MONEY.

This is regarding the AUS PR visa assurance from APEX VISA KOTHRUD PUNE.

January 2013, these people called for immigration to australia information. I said I am the only earning member in family. So I need time to plan. Continuous calls from Swati, Pooja and Maninder. February 2013, registration is done by snatching the credit card by Swati, Apex rep, for 1000 rs. Swati assured that this is visa for family in one-time fees payment towards australia government. Next day she disappears to Kolkata. Maninder Arora who is the manager there is least bothered about the visa, he is interested to collect money by hook or crook.

He answered the phone to Swati, saying "ha, hamne nikal liye paise jinse nikalne the". No email or paper receipt is given. I had to go several times to get the paper receipt from their office. Big amount of 56,000 rs has no revenue stamp etc on receipt. The agreement was made to sign on a paper which has lawyer information from Ahmednagar and not Pune. Maninder has sent Nitin, office boy to my house and Pooja assists him to extract money from clients by hook or crook. Pooja and Swati continously called to extract money and start visa process, although I told them I am the only earning member in my family and have no serious plans to relocate to Australia.

There is no case officer and young college going girls are there as receptionists who do not know anything about IMMIGRATION RULES. Pooja Ahuja, now she is made manager by Maninder said "Mam, you can complain if you dont get information".

Another girl is assigned as case officer, who cares a damn and says immigration rules have changed. But I have not done any credit card payment so you can do it yourself. There is no job information, no security about the money spent.

If we pay and no visa processed for a year now, and saying that you want to close voluntary is a the plan to cheat people for their hard-earned valuable money. two college going girls - Shraddha has resigned for her mba exams. Shivani is gone also.

All I am asking is my hard-earned money, which I need to repay the hospital bills, rent. I have been duped for no reason. How can these visa services be allowed to continue, and people be fooled for illegitimate reasons ? As an Indian citizen and client (repented) , I have full rights to get the refund and enquire about my money spent.

Request you to consider and resolve this matter to get the full refund for 56,000 rs. within next week for emergencies.
