Sir,

I brought a Karboon K-10 on dated 01.05.2010 from panchkula vide IMEI No ********1891223, having a some motherboard problem, sent to your delhi office on dated 29th July 2010, but there is no response from your authorised service center, I am having a massive problem with regards.

Kindly arrange to send me my K-10 urgently already it is more than three weaks.
