Sub.: Complaint Against Electricity Bill Meter no 21920705(Regarding excess bill)

Sir/Madam,

The above meter is in the name of V.Rajashekar reddy Flat no 402, Maruthi Residency, Plot No 26, Opp rainbow international school, greenfields, beeramguda, medak 502032.

I bought a new flat in beeramguda. We received the electricity bill for the period of 01.10.2013 to 18.06.2014 and I got shocked when I saw the first bill i.e. for Rs 4666. Again for the month of june I did not pay the bill as I did not received the bill and the next month I paid 2 months bill 1209. Again for the month I got the bill amount 1797 which was again shocking because the bill included the units for the past two months units and the current unit reading.We went to the electricity department the guy has reduced the units of 1 month and provided the bill for last month and current month amounted to 1318 and did not return the old bill and he said I cant do anything as the manual data entry is not done properly for the previous month. By this I can clearly say that all the bill amounts which I have paid are wrong. Kindly recheck the meter readings and give proper bill as I dont have AC at my house and we use LED bulbs.

Kindly requested to correct/rectify the bill and take necessary action
