It is to draw for your kind attention and favorable action. We the Residents of Rattan Bagh Veena Enclave Nangloi New Delhi – 110041 hereby registering a complaint against unauthorized polluted unit/factory in our neighborhood.

The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while making the footwear, polishing of iron rods etc. And they park their tempos,cars,auto in street which causes problems for us. Moreover in night they park their various vehicles in the street blocking the way and encourage some of elements of society to cause harm to innocents as sometime they snatch chains earings of people passing through narrow passage left. Their are also establishment carrying on business of building material due to which a lot of dust & cement particles,& pop particles contaminate air as well which is hazardous to the health of our family causing various respiratory problems and disturbance for children in their studies. Further, despite of being asked for shifting their work they are always ready to fight & threaten people who ask them for shifting their work.
As your honored self known that, Hon’ble Supreme Court has already passed a direction to the competent authorities for not to functioning/stopped/shift/closed down the hazardous/heavy factories in/from the residential areas which are creating pollution/problems to the surrounding people but after that, the above mentioned factory owners are running their factory unit freely without any coercion of law.
Sir, kindly note that these factory units have no factory licence from any legal authority.
In the light of above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save lives and property from thrse hazardous factory units and passed or take the immediate action to SEAL THE FACTORY UNITS in our locality.
