The Tushti infocom private ltd (e media technology ) has made an agreement with us related to provide us with 7000/- rent (led advertisment ) against for providing space in our premises and while agreement they took security amount. Of Rs. 20000/-. This months 22 , 22/01/2018 the due date for their rent payment but when we check our bank account i found that cheque was returned (dishonoured ) by bank . Now the person both owner sudhindra mohan mathur and his sales executive deepak kumar is not picking up their mobile phones.
And i have talked with others about this that their cheques had also been returned by bank.
Please help me out with this situation.
I AM PANKAJ KUMAR . I HAVE RUN MY MOBILE SHOP , I GIVE A SPACE FOR RENT ,COMPANY NAME TUSHTI MEDIA . I GET RENT PER MONTH ON TIME, AND I THINK THIS IS THE BEST OPTION FOR SMALL AND BIG SHOPKEEPER .SO EVRY SHOPKEEPER WHO WANTS TO INSTALL THIS IS THE BEST OPTION .

I am trying to contact on below number(Mr Arif ) , but he is denying to have any relation with Mr sudhindra Mathur.
and on your number it is forwarding call and automatically the number is cancelled.
Today,21/03/2018 I am trying to contact both Sudhindra Mohan Mathur (Director) and Deepak kumar (sales executive) , but they are not picking up their phones, and have blocked all mobile numbers .
They had fraud with me and many more. Please help me out.

As per as cheque bounce is concerned, as per our comunication cheque release cycle date is every month on 10th, 20th and 30th. And you have put on 22th of the january, So it was the main cause. Dear Sudhindra ji , we're trying to reach you for the last one month on your phone, but you blocked our numbers, and you are not attending call. In this months 1 week you told that working will be started from 10 or by 15th of this month, but your not replying to our message and even attrending calls.
