On one hand my motor was illegally owed away from the parking zone outside vegetable market at 4 bunglows, Andheri west, Mumbai and on the other hand the attending traffic jamadar at the station blatantly said that at times they have to forcibly tow vehicles illegally to meet with the fine collection charges and once any vehicle is towed away eveN if illegally then the claimant needs to pay the fine and towing charges for getting the vehicle released. In this manner, in my case despite it being agreed by the traffic constable D.S.Kamble that he had towed away my vehicle illegally from the parking zone, but still I was compelled to pay the fine and towing charges of Rs. 660/- at D.N.Nagar,versova traffic police booth. Although I have paid the charges under protest.
