Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your attention regarding I Phone 5S (IMEI No. 35********62377) - which was purchased almost 4 months back. The problem that occurred with the handset was the constant hanging of it. Regarding the same the phone was sent to the nearest Service Center for the problem to be diagnosed. The phone is constantly locked since then (August 27, 2014).
The service center then directed us to Apple customer care team for resolving the issue (Case ID – ********7). The details pertaining to the entire episode was summarized to the customer care along with the copy of Invoices. Despite all the necessary actions and inputs required from our side your team has still not been able to unlock our phone due to which a lot unprecedented work has been hampered. We expected that the support team would carry out the service required with reasonable care and skill which didn’t happen. We are frustrated after followups and doing mails but all in vain. Please help us getting the justice.
