False bookings are being made in the name of my mother Mrs.Madhuri Chowdhury using her consumer number 00332 and subsequently the delivery of the gas cylinders are being taken by unknown people without our information. Repeatedly I have been notified on my mobile that without my permission or knowledge, gas cylinders have been booked four times in my mother's name and this time in the current month, even cylinder was delivered against one of those bookings, about which we don't have any knowledge. The gas agency along with some other dishonest people is using the details of our account in order to obtain cylinders from the company and then selling it in the open market on a very high price.

So i would like to request you to take necessary steps against M/S Golf Green Gas Services, Bijoygarh, Kolkata 700032, in order to stop them from doing any such wrongful acts using our details, so that in future we don't have to be the sufferer because of their malpractices.
