Dear Sir / Madam,
With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that the I had booked LPG Gas Cylinder on 3rd March,2011 but no delivery has been made as yet. As per agency, normally they take 4 to 5 days but their delivery is resumed by 7 to 10 days. I have only one LPG Cylinder and I have to manage my Kitchen by purchasing LPG Rs 60 to 70 per KG. They sell Cylinders to shops doing black marketing but regular customers are not provided the services. Kindly check kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the said Agency, as this is required to keep customer Services supreme in all.
