I Balvinder singh sethi had deposited at the delhi office 4 lakhs eighty eight thousand four hundred in 2007 in favour of ajs builders pvt limited payable at delhi on their assurance towards registration of a 240 sq.yard plot in a future project at gannour ,sonepat city and accordingly they realized the said amount.
I sent them a written intimation calling upon them to refund the amount but till date all my efforts have gone in vain and M/S AJS BUILDERS did not refund the aforesaid amount
I had also sent M/S AJS builders the demand legal notice through my council mr ajit nair advocate high court of delhi on 10 may 2011 .but no response has come from there side till date.
