Dear Sir,

As we are Retail counter of your product from last two year. We are getting your products from "JOY Marketing" who is one of your distributer in Indore.

First when they start our counter they not providing us Bill with the Name of my Shop, after so many request now they can added Us.
But from many days we Request him to provide a Dispenser & some Advertise but always he reply their is shortage or unavailable.
And today again when I ask for My dispenser they told, we not have any dispenser if you need to take our product so you take otherwise we are not greedy to you. What I mean with this:

Are it Mean that we are Greedy to sell your Product?
Are we have no rights to tell our Problem to our Supplier?

Sir this problem is not only about me its related with many others also.

How can we Sell the product with out Advertisement?
How we display Products with out Dispenser.
Are your company only provide the all facility to Big shop Keeper?

I need your attention to whats going on,in Indore, as I not need to much requirement & those which we need I arrange it from Market.
