Mr naveen sharma, honour of IPAM Alwar did an agreement with me for tax refund project with the refundable amount of one lakh rupees and the agreement was for 11 months.But after only one month he told us to stop the work for lack of data. He told us to wait up to 7th April 2013. So that he can give us data either our payment will be cleared.

But sir, till the time we come to know that he only collect security money from the innocent peoples then with many excuses he stop the work when he is asked to make the payment. He cheated many peoples like that. We also invested 5 lakhs rupees for the computers furniture office set up and on staffs which i took in interest from other but as he fulfilled his need of getting security money he stopped the work and also declared that he will not pay single penny to us for the work. When we requested him to give our payment he promised us only to return the security deposit 1 lakh rupees and not a single penny of our work which was exactly 4.5 lakh rupees.

But today is 15th April but we did not receive any penny nor he is attending our call. Moreover, he switched off his phone when we regularly trying to contact him.

We are in great loss and facing lot of financial problems.How can i return 5 lakhs rupees to the other person and its interest if he will not pay me my payment. Sir Please help us as soon as possible.
