We have taken Super Stockist ship of Gaziabad Based company i.e Melar Health Care Pvt. Ltd. since one year back. Company has commited (agreement) to provide full sale and service suport in Lucknow. Till date company is not able to sale the goods (amt 200000) . And now company is not responding our mail/mobile/sms . As we are forcing to sattel out SS but compnay is not ready and responding us.
We are in loss of 2 lacks amout. Please help us in recover the amout and sattel the SUPER STOCKISTSHIP.

we would like to complain about company named DPL paints limited New Delhi
they are into manufacturing for wall putty , white cement & exterior paints for which we get associated with this company March, 2015 (6 months back) as a super stockist for Kanpur region this company committed the sales also committed to provide us the sales team till date no sales team this company donot provide any marketing promotions they wrongly commited before singingup with there company that we will provide all thing now they saying you do the marketing and promotion on which they will send us the material for the value of marketing and promotion for everything this company says they will give us the material now tell us how im going to lookafter my family what we should eat walll putty and cement this company is really a fraud company i have all evedences ready with me this company even hasnt paid any employee salarywe informed them via mail regarding the same the material is dumped at our office on which with in 7 month we tried our level best to sell there product we sold few material door to door on dealer price then after 4 th month there started a complaints from the customer that your wall putty is not good its very bad your white cement is of no use then we came to know that DPL paints has done fraud with us they have sent us back dated material that was dec,2014 . for which we couriered them the sample whne ever we complaint them on phone via mail no proper response from the company even thought we had a word with the owner Mr. Sumit Gautma he said do whatever you want to do but the material will not be taken back now tell us its a harresemet to us this comapny is sending us worst material also no sales team no salary given to any employee. they also asked us to send the back dated material to tother dealer even though i intimated them not to send the dec,2014 material they said you send the material now tell us what to do kindly take a strict action to this company.
