This complaint is in reference to an advertisment found in Times of India newspaper, regarding fraud airtel mobile tower installation . I Santosh Kumar, called on +91-********80, 0********80, ********80 few days back regarding this service, they assisted me nicely and cleared me everything and I got convinced and they asked me to send few documents like land documents, Id & add proof after that they started asking for money from me like registration fees & Telecom act Government tax and for so many other reasons time after time. Earlier I was comfortable giving some money as like I agreed with the company terms and also they sent me proper document related to every charge that they asked for.
I have given about 1.25 lac rupees but this company comes out to be fraud and they fooled me. I went to bangalore police station for complaint registration and then police verified that such company does not exist, infact there is no office of this company in Noida office no 142, plot 14/B Sector 62 Noida Uttar Pradesh - 201301 and another fruad number mentioned on website +91-********15, 0********15, ********15 as mentioned this address in website. This website asiatowerco.in is completely fake which is registered few months back, moreover there is no traffic in this website. This company Asia Tower Co. Ltd is no where registered , you can cross verify it by checking it in MCA website.
They have sent me so many documents, out of them I am sending you this company business offer letter attached here with, which is also fake and stamps on those papers is also fake.
This company Asia tower is using saving bank account fraudly, and contact numbers mentioned everywhere are of Delhi which are also fake. The emails they are sending are from Delhi location. This is completely a fraud gang. Delhi police is also searching for this gang. When i registered complaint against this company, then I got to know that already there are so many complaints against this company.
I request you to please provide my hard earned money back to me, and please shut this company down as soon as possibe to save rest of the people from becoming their hunt. Please remove their advertisment mentioned in the newspaper as it is still coming in the newspaper as it was coming earlier.
I have lost my hard earned money, I do not know whether I am going to get my money back or not but I want other people not to suffer the same that I suffered. For that you need to take an urgent action. I hope you will consider my request and will shut this company down as soon as possible.
