i had purchased a honda aviator two wheeler from emerald honda in jan 2012. till now i havent received the insurance papers. Even after repeated reminders they havent send the papers. Even after reminding them that the courier service should get the papers at my home, the courier service asked me to come to their office and collect the papers. I asked them to get the papers to my house as i could not go because of my busy schedule. the courier sent the papers back. subsequently afterwards i spoke to the insurance executive in emerald honda about the papers. initially they were very reluctant. however after thratning to speak to their boss, they reluctantly found about the papers. however still after many days they didnot send the papers. finally i had to speak to the showroom manager, who promised that very soon i will recieve the papers.still after many days i did not get the papers. i even told them that i will go to the courier service office to pick the papers. however after many promises when i didnt get the papers, i lodged a complaint on the email id provided by emerald honda. again i was promised by the manager by a email that the papers will be couriered to me shortly. still after many days i did not get any papers. the manager also stopped replying to my emails. after loosing all hopes i lodged some complaints on online forums but nothin happened. a few days back one of my acquaintance went to the showroom for the papers. the answers was that the company has already spend enough money on the courier, so they cannot send it through a better courier service eg, dtdc or first flight. the person was again promised that papers will be send the next day. However even after 10-15 days nothing was recieved. on contacting them again the reply was that it will be send very soon. i hope this time some action will be taken against them. i havent got any positive help from any of the websites used arlier. it has been a great harrassment for me n my wife as still we do not have the original papers and cannot take the bike outside our campus. I expect some strict action against the comp
