I am raising this complaint after waiting for three days for a response from Aggarwal movers and packers.

My luggage came from Pune to Bangalore on the 9th of June. DR No was 107430.



Unfortunately the TV was broken from outside. I raised a complaint and I was promised that the frame will be replaced.

However after 4 days of constant reminding I get my TV back with the old broken frame pasted. I talked in Pune, Bangalore and also raised a customer complaint in Delhi, but nothing happened. I was told I will get compensation for this, but there has been no response after this. Kindly look into this and get me my compensation.



My car also came on 13th June. It also had some indicator cover missing and some problem in the mudguard behind. It was displaced above the indicator. I had written this behind the bill and I was promised that action will be taken. However there has been no response. The DR no was 107437.



I am sending this mail to you people so that I get some compensation for my damaged TV and some action on the car damage too.


It has been more than a month and these guys are not responding. I have been chasing them, but they do not seem interested in doing their work
