Iam using the setup box from this cable operator . After some time my setup box were under repair.I am contact the operator through phone and said about repair but they no response .continuingly said for 1 week but they take no action .After that I will take box and go to office and show them to him. But she said that this box were not to repair you have to buy old box by paying 💯 rs .but when this old box repair we are not responsible . Otherwise you should pay250rs for new box . But that box when coming we do no they said this unresponsible answer. And they also scold me in un parliamentary words.
