MY FRIEND TOKTUM KARIMI FROM IRAN, WHO IS IN INDIA AT PRESENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT IS BEING CHEATED BY BODY N SOUL, JP NAGAR. PLEASE GO THROUGH HER MAIL TO THE MANAGER OF BODY N SOUL BELOW, WHICH DIN'T GET ANY RESPONSE TILL NOW. PLS HELP HER OUT.
This is with reference to my treatment at your centre against bills no. 160 dated 31.05.10, 170 dated 13.06.10 and 323 dated 24.0710. i had booked myself for laser treatment of arms, legs, underarms, upperlips, tummy and back. I was promised that the treatment would be completed by early September as I had informed your personnel that I would be leaving India during the 2nd week of September.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment as without any test on my skin, they went ahead and gave a high intensity treatment which has left my skin on my legs and arms scarred, with ugly marks. I am even unable to wear my regular short sleeved tops. I was charged a huge sum, which I feel, is far too much for the kind of treatment I got. Moreover, on more than 2 occasions, I was sent back without the treatment as the concerned specialist was not informed of the schedule! To worsen matters, I was made to wait for more than an hour each time i came in for the treatment. I wonder if things could get any worse, especially after the confrontation yesterday, when instead of giving me a proper reply, your staff was rude and uncooperative.

To just let you know, I am leaving India for Iran on the 10th and was available for treatment only upto the 3rd and the treatment remains incomplete. In view of the above, I would request you to please refund the amount due towards the unfinished treatment, viz. Rs.30,000/=. I had approached your personnel yesterday and was asked rudely to wait for an hour. I found it absolutely disgusting when a male employee tried to touch my arm to feel the burn, without as much as asking me if it was okay to do so. This is utter unprofessionalism and against ethics. I thought a business like yours depended wholly on culture and good customer service.

Being a foreigner, I think you should have extended the best of courtesies and taken care not to disappoint me as then I could have recommended a few of my friends, too. But now.......... Well, i really it is a waste of time talking of it now.

As I am leaving on the 10th and am left with just a couple of days left, may I once again request you to please refund the amount due to me, immediately. Please treat this on a top priority. I am sorry to say that this has been a harrowing experience for me and go back to Iran with a very negative opinion of your organisation.
