(SUB:- COMPLAINT AGAINST AUTHORISED VEHICLE DEALER OF YAMAHA)
With due respect I Jyoti ranjan have a yamaha fazer bike with vehicle no. OR02BA7735. On the date14th jan 2013 I had taken my bike to the below mentioned service center for servicing i.e.
1-changing of shockupture oil seal because there was an oil leakage
2-repairing my disc brake
But after one month i have found same problem.
Also my friends are yamaha bike lover. One of my friend as Sameep lenka also taken his bike yamaha ss-125 for servicing on the same date i.e. on 14th jan 2013 to the same dealer of Yamaha (M/S VENUS AUTOMOTIVES) for general check up to minimize poor performance of his bike(vehicle no-OR02BB8107). But after the servicing he also found no improvement on his bike. For which he had gone to the same dealer again and again but no result found.
Also I have heard from my other friends that their servicing is very poor from the (M/S VENUS AUTOMOTIVES) .
Lastly I and my friends have one question that how they got authorized dealership from YAMAHA. Please do an enquiry on the dealership for which I and my friends will be obliged.

Sir,
I went for service of my bike on 27.11.2013 and there Mr. Rajan and showroom other staff members [Service Station dealer] was using very offending and abusive language and when i enquired about the products they are using for servicing of bike.
He replied that:-
A. They are the only authorized dealers in Delhi for selling and servicing of Yamaha Bikes.
B. They also said that other showrooms opened in Raja Garden, New Delhi and other service stations they sell fake/ duplicate parts with low quality and no warranty, and also said to me that in other showrooms they replace genuine parts from new bikes with fake parts.
C. Lastly, they are charging different prices for chain cleaner Lubricant as compared to others.
I have copy of bill with different prices charged by Zoom Roadies as compared to other authorized dealers.
Please, look into the matter at the earliest.

i have purchased yamaha ray from the dealer alagendra motors kochadai, madurai, tamilnadu. but their service is not good,for free service they are charging money, after every service i have a complaint about my scooter,please cancell their dealership.
