Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I HARI OM YADAV owner of New yadav tourist i did valuation of my used car from your dealer Grace Toyota .The concern person come at my taxi stand at saket and did valuation of 4 car and offer me the value Rs 3,22,000/-and i was agreed for those amount which they offered.They have given me
receipt of that amount.Now i want to purchase some vehicle but they told me that we can not provide the vehicle due to allocation.I am coming in allocation of Galaxy.
The concern is that they are not returning my amount Rs 322000/- I have fleet of more than 175 cars and in 175 i have 45 cars of Toyota.we can not expect such type of misbehavior from your dealership .It is not a professional behavior which we are facing from Grace Toyota.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible so that i can go for further business. I am planning for 20 cars next month.So kindly solve this matter for further business.i am also send the scanned copy of that receipt.
