I registered service request under AMC on 20th May 2011 and was given a reference code with a promise of response within 24 hrs. Filed a request on 20th May, and then follow ups on 7,9,10 & 13 June. Yet no response!

I have purchased voltas vertis air conditioner on 10-Apr-2011 for Rs 35000 with fitting.
From the date of purchase I have no satisfaction.
My first complaint on 19-May-2011 there is noise in outdoor unit... technician came here 5 times but no solution then i have complaint again and again after 15 days they have solved the problem...
Again now on 20-Jun-2011 there is a problem in indoor unit (leaquage in indoor) and they also delay to solve my problem this time.
