This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Biswanath Brata Roy a loyal customer of Citi Style212,Rashbehari Avenue Gariahat, Kolkata,West Bengal,India, is very much depressed with the Customer Service of your store.
On 16/ 04/2011 I went to purchase T-Shirt for myself but I was confused with my size so I asked one of your sales executive Mr Avijit Biswas to assist me and asked which size will fit me ‘M’ or ‘L’ ? .
Without listening to my question properly very rudely he answered if you want smaller size than this go to the kid’s section. On asking why he behaved so rudely he started arguing .Being annoyed and depressed I complained the matter to the Manager Mr. Ramesh Chandak.
I purchased item worth Rs 1899 and my Memo No is C1/0130 but I request you to please take necessary steps against this and train your sales executive or else you will lose your valued customer in this competition market.
