i purchased a new flat from m/s.sree guru enterprise from 4 promoters who are partners named uttam das,kutty dhar, barun samajpati and abhijeet karmakar. they are harrasing me and the others by not clearing CC of flat and not yet any kmc pipeline in our flat and they are not providing us the electric meter bill so that we can go for individual meter and they are asking me higher rates if they bring meter really im depressed and facing this problems.please help to rectify this problems at the earliest.
