i was travelling from bikaner to borivili in ranakpur express as soon as we landed at borivili we called the hamal and started bargening there were many of them at least 10 he was talking rudely but ignored then another hamal stsrted saying nonsensense i told angrily why r u sayin anything then again he started saying nonsence in marathi i told hi what is your problem then all the hamals standing there in red dress gathered together and said go away or else we will hit u they refuses to carry luggage also i was with my family there were 2 small kids sloly i took my luggage and went away now u say what to do with them i remember them by face i dont know there batch no

kindly suggest me how can i launch there complain so that tey dont do next time with anyone else
