Sir,

I have bought a flat amongs three flats built by a private builder.At ground floor no construction was made at the time of purchase and It was said by builder that ground floor will be used for common parking.now when the registry has been made builder is not completing the ground floor for parking.He is saying that he will build a godown in the parking area.My question is that can he do so?what should I do in this regards.Please help.
