I tried to make an enquiry regarding a new DTH connection at my flat address in Thane mentioned below. The moment I visited the online details and filled in my request a person by the name of Rajesh called me up from the Comparedth office. I saved the number and also the chat / discussion details. He convinced me to make the payment online as we discussed on the 17th May 2014 at around 3.56 pm and that he would ensure I get the connection on the same day. I made my payments and waited till the end of the 3rd day.The engineer came and gave adverse report saying that it cannot be done after which I wrote mail to ask for refund as I was getting harassed after all my follow ups. Till that time they would respond to my calls on their mobile as well. However after 7 - 10 days , now after more than 2 weeks , they have stopped accepting my calls as well. I have not yet received my refund yet.

As discussed with the telecaller and the engineer who came for the site feasibility study, kindly arrange to cancel the order and refund the payment as it cannot be installed in this address. The other option is to put the antennae on the 31st Floor and bring it down to 9th floor flat of mine which involves more than 100 metres of cable which makes it highly costly affair and unfeasible.

Kindly refund the same as I had mentioned the caller from CompareDTH on 17th May only to verify and let me know if it can be done. I have a copy of the online transcript as well to support that.However his commitment to get the same delivered on the same day.However today the engineer came but said it cannot be done as mentioned.

After this I had sent them reminders on 30th May and 1st June 2014 for the refund.

I will be happy if you can help me with the same and even protect other innocent and gullible customer who make online payments and then suffer with intermediate B2C portals like this : www.comparedth.com

I have very pleasant experience earlier with Flipkart and Jabong where they deliver more than what they promise. Flipkart delivered my Motorola mobile on the 2nd day after my order and sent me courier details on the same day of oredr within 45 minutes.
