Since last 04 years I purchased a Kutchina Vague kitchen Chimney and Kutchina RO water purifier from M/s B P Appliances (Dealer of Kutchina group) and making its services though AMC every year. For the last few months the LED light in the water purifier is not working . It has been reported to the company several times. They assured to change it up during servicing.But each time they are forgetting and it remained as usual. Last time after servicing on 25.01.2019 when feedback taken I reminded them about the mistake but the madam who was taking the feedback refused to comply my grievance on the plea that it is not her duty to change the light nor she is supposed to inform the matter to the concerned department. She is only deployed to take feedback of the servicing. I have to report it to the concerned deptt. separately. Despite reporting several times for the damage of light and their technician forgotten each and every time now I have to report it separately . I think I have made gross mistake in making relationship with Kutchina family. Is it so?
I have contacted a Kutchina water purifier excel R.O on 5.9.21 for service.At present the R.O.is not working properly.Drinking water is not getting.Repairing is very essential.Kindly make an arrangement for servicing.
