I have booked a Ford Eco sport 1.5L TDCI diesel titanium with PUSH BUTTON START FEATURE on 23/6/13 with your dealer namely M/s Harpreet motors pvt. Ltd plot no-29,30 sector-34 infocity, gurgaon . ( booking amount – 50,000), vide their receipt no SH/GR/C/ 161 .and your about said dealer has issued us a customer order booking SI. GGI/224 on the same date after receive the said amount. The dealer have promised me to deliver the above car within 3 months. I have received a copy of letter no.HF/2013-09/01579 dated 13/09/2013 .vide which I was informed that the delivery of my above said vehicle is expected in the month of September-October 2013 tentatively and you have requested me to deposit the balance payment towards price of the vehicle at Harpreet ford by 20 sep2013 in order to start documentation for sale process and delivery of vehicle booked by me.In compliance,I have paid the entire balance payment of the said vehicle amounting to Rupess 8,78,634 /= vide DD number 859586 dated 16/9/13 drawn on Canara bank Faridabad and the same was received by the said delaer on 18-09-2013 vide their recipet no.SR/GGN/BK 1180.It is necessary to mention here,I have made the entire full and final amount of the above said vehicle.
I went to the office of the above said dealer at Gurgaon and requested to get delivery of the said car but they inform that the said car cannot provide because of some management problem .After getting the said information,I shocked and disturbed mentally because of your and your dealers negligency and deficiency of your services.your above said dealer has promise me to give the delivery of the said car in the NAVRATRAS.
Now at the time of delivery they are compelling me to get the car as CAR WITHOUT PUSH BUTTON START FEATURE IN PLACE OF WITH PUSH BUTTON START CAR AS BOOKED BY ME.They are telling me that Ford India has stopped manufacturing cars with this feature but I was never informed about the same till the date of final payment made by me.They have played fraud and cheated me by way of said misconduct. After 2 days long argument with them on 4th & 5th of OCT, I am not satisfied with their answers. They think Customer is a fool & I feel that they are allotting cars on extra premium(black money) basis because I have asked just to show me that whether you have delivered Car with mentioned feature to the customer who has booked their cars after me or not. But they are not showing anything & giving totally nonsense answers. I have also informed about the said complaint to your customer care but I have not received any response from your side.
Kindly confirm me Whether any Car with push button start feature is delivered after booking No. 224 or not.
• Kindly look into this matter seriously as I am fed up with Harpreet ford Team & resolve this ASAP and instruct them under intimation to me to give the delivery of my above said booked car with push button start during the NAVRATRAS.
