Big Bazar Future value retail - comp of selling of substandard items in big bazar(item koryo steam iron press)

I have visited big bazar on 14/8/2011 for purchase of household items at Jalandhar.From where I have purchased steam iron press(KORYO)for Rs.400 vide
cash memo No.T/19/2962. But it is sorry to say that above product is totally sub-
standard & I have found following defects in this product.
1) That the water is leaking from all sides of the iron press
2) That I have used this iron only two times. My two valueable clothes has been burnt
due to overheating.
3) That the steam is not properly coming, instead coming in huge lots which may
cause burn to the hands who uses this product.
It is sorry to say that such an big group is selling such an sub standard items only
for the sake of huge profits, thus looting the public money enromously.
I hereby request you to withdraw such an substandard items from chain outlets
called Big Bazar. which are tarnishing your image. You are requested to refund me
the amount which your have charged for faulty products. otherwise I will be forced
to go to the consumer court for which whole of the responsibility will lies on you.
I have already sent e.mail dated 10.9.2011 to above e.mail address but not response
has been sent by the Big Bazar.

Complainant's Goal: such on sub standard product should be withdrawn & I want my money back
