Environmental and Health hazards due to unhealthy disposal of commercial (i.e) Fish waste in residential area

To whomsoever concerned, I would like to bring to your notice that over the past few months the neighboring fish market has been disposing waste in the vicinity, where over a 100 families are residing. I have been living here for the past 22 year and never have I face such an intolerable crisis. We have made several complaints to the association and to municipality aswell and yet they have taken no measures. The situation is so bad that it is almost impossible to open the widows due to the stench and the mosquito breading. There are many children and senior citizens residing here and it is only a matter of time before this turns into a heath hazard. I request you to take action against whomsoever concerned and rectify the situation at the earliest possible.
