I had bought a Jeans worth 2600 Rs. from COBB Devi Sahai Charan Dass Retailer Shop N0-4, Mangal Bhawan Ajmal khan Road Karolbagh on 25th july 2018. After one wash jeans colour got faded totally and not was in wearing condition. next Sunday i went to that show room and make a complaint about jeans colour. The owner of Show Room takes that jeans and bill and told me that he will send it to Mangolpuri office. After 5 days he called me and given reason that i have not washed that jeans gently.
I raised one question that i bought one more jeans of same brand from other show room of COBB near karolbagh Metro, but that jeans colour not faded. He told that his quality team checked that jeans and it's totally my guilt that i put that jeans in Surf for a long time. I ask a question that when i was washing that jeans at that time your quality team was making video in front of me. I told him that i never wash any new in SURF or wash new cloth with some other cloths. After a long argument he told that he can't do anything and give a contact no. of COBB head office. Whenever i called on that no. a lady always told me call me after half an hour i am so busy.. After two or three days and a Dozen of try when i complaint about jeans then one senior person told me that it was your fault and you can go to consumer court or Supreme court anywhere, but we are not going to give you replacement..
I want to say that a customer always bought a product at higher price for good quality reason. but after any fault how company quality team can decide that product was good and customer was wrong. I have neither bought a branded jeans first time nor washed a cloth first time. If my way of washing any cloth was not good then why did not fade that other COBB jeans that i bought same day from other COBB showroom.. I have a call recording of all argument as a proof . If you will not punished him then they always sell a local jeans with COBB tag and made everyone fool.
