Refer to the above, I have reserved and got the accommodation in Train No 16732 Mysore -Tuticorine Express for the date 4/11/11 from Bangalore to Tirumangalam
in Sleeper Class.
My PNR No:4134863711 and my Birth No was 28. and coach No was S-3.
When I boarded the train, the total coach was a very old one and totally uncleaned. Further to that, all un reserved passengers are travelling from Mysore to Bangalore and the total coach was totally dirty and unfit to travel by any human being. One of the passenger had vomited after consuming the achahol. When I tried to call some maintenance people no one was available. The coach was with full of cockroaches and also rates. Ultimately SWR is sleeping in coach maintenance specially from Mysore Division from where the train starts.
Totally the SWR is not taken any care care of the coach. This is not for this train, I also observed in the train no 16232.
To the surprise,in the return direction from Tuticorine and Myladuthurai (Train Nos 16231 & 16731) no one is allowed to enter the coach with out reserved accommodation. Beyond this the attitude of the TTR (Mr. Narayan) was much more worst. He does no know the meaning of courtesy.
Will the South Western Railways Will take care of the passenger amenities like other counter parts or if the problem is with Mysore Division, let the service to the Mysore be stopped.
