I my self Shri Bhandare your Vodafone Customer for the Last from 17/9/2017 till present .
I had perches new Vodafone dongle and also new sim card date 17/09/2017. from your Vodafone store kandivali
Mahavir anger west . that time promise your Vodafone executive name is Sharma about my new plan 1 GB daily
Internet data and also 5 GB additional data for 30 days . but my plan pass only 5 GB data for 30 Days and i don"t
know about that ,and again again calling customer care about complent and also Vodafone store visit Then pass
that my plan dated 24/09/2017 .and that 8 days 17/09/2017 to 24/09/2017 extra charges for data .
when pass my 1 GB Data from 24/09/2017 i am using that Data but when start dongle and finished 1 GB
data within 15 to 20 Minutes how to finish that data .
I am always every 2 to 3 days complent and Requests and your executive told me as soon as early soweal
your problem . now Receive your bill and mention extra data charges . and also arrange call back from your
side no one call back till date .
so i am not satisfied your service and customer care department now i have decided close my number ********67 as soon as early
