Sir ,
i just want to request you to kindly give importance to cleanliness also ,its true passengers too should co-operate .please appoint sweeper cum supervisor so that thy should fine passenger if thy are spoiling the compartment especially during long journey,by the time it reaches it's destiny its worse ,so there should a person to clean compartment / toilet morning & eve.
