Sir,

I was travelling from Mumbai LTT to Bilaspur by "LTT Pury Super Express" Train No 12745 on 30.06.11 in AC IInd Class vide PNR No ********88 ( Coach A1). The coach was totally uncleaned. The bedsheet given to me and my family was also uncleaned with lot of stain marks. Infact the bedsheets provided to other co-passengers were also of the same condition. Inspite of several request to TT , coach attendent and Pantry manager they have not given me the complain register to lodge the complain. Number of coackroach and rats were roaming inside the coach. The conditon of bedsheets were totally unhygenic.

You are requested to take necessary action against the agency who has cleaned the bedroll and also the cleaning agency of the coach.

Also you are requested to take necesary action so that Feedback/ Complain register is available to coach attendent and Pantry Manager. With proper feedback our railway service can be improved.
