So glad that i can voice my opinion here about horrible customer care services from Clay Sim Cards. I took their international sim for US with $30 rental plan for 25 days. Despite havinggiven my credit cards details, i get a message after 10 days that i can no longer make longs. I called up the customer care centre and the guy on the phone told me that because i crossed my credit limit on the number, i can no longer receive or make calls!! The guy wasn’t ready to extend any solution only kept on repeating like a type it cant be possible!! Whats the point of a post paid connection then!! Such a horrible services company!
